I have a Bachelors degree in Commerce; majoring in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. After university, I worked as an HR Assistant with the Government.
After two years, I was promoted to an HR Consultant position. Eventually, I left government work and became an HR Specialist for a non-profit organization designed to help disadvantaged youth.
During my professional career, I have reviewed thousands of resumes, and conducted hundreds of job interviews. I have recruited for many different positions; Executives, Senior Managers, Financial Officers, Accountants, Electricians, Plumbers, Pilots, Administrative staff, Clerical staff, Engineers/Technical Engineers, Youth Care Workers, Marketing Professionals, and Information Technologist.
